Got Questions?

Everything you need to know before applying

Do I need my own car?

No. Every position uses a client-provided or company-leased vehicle. You focus on driving; we handle the rest. Never put wear on your personal vehicle again.

Is this 1099 contract work?

Absolutely not. Every role is W-2 employment with payroll taxes, health benefits, overtime protection, and unemployment eligibility. You're an employee, not a contractor.

How fast is the hiring process?

Most drivers go from application to first day in 7–14 days. Background check speed depends on your state, but we expedite everything we can control.

Which cities are hiring?

We actively place drivers in 28 US metro areas. Apply and your recruiter will share specific open roles near you — sometimes roles that aren't even public yet.

Do drivers ever pay fees?

Never. Not to apply, not to get placed, not ever. Our clients pay us — you keep 100% of your salary.
