Inventory Specialist
As an Inventory Specialist, you are responsible for putting inventory away in the correct location at our warehouse. In order to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner, you will also pick, pack and pull equipment and prepare it for shipment. Additional responsibilities include performing cycle counts, physical inventories and tearing down out-of-date equipment for scrap.
Responsibilities:
Complete all stages of order fulfillment including accurately picking, packing and shipping orders
Assist management in maintaining inventory levels and notifying for timely re-orders
Periodically pick-up orders from local suppliers
Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness
Additional duties required as needed
Purchasing Specialist
Our team is currently looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist who will assist in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. He/She will work closely with other team members to meet company goals. Our company offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Manage supplier relationships in a professional and effective manner
Generate purchase orders; liaise with freight forwarders to plan shipment collections; analyze purchasing and stock reports to maintain stock levels to agreed Company targets
Monitor supplier performance, providing notification to the sales / production teams when delivery problems are anticipated
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the new supplier process including, but not limited to, identification of potential new suppliers, auditing, approving, etc.
Obtains the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. Identifies manufacturing needs, identifies and selects suppliers, negotiates contracts, and arranges delivery. Purchases critical, complex and/or high dollar parts, equipment, services, and materials.
